Roughly 60 air miles southwest of Kodiak City lies some of the best fishing in all of Alaska.  Accessible only by boat or small plane, Kodiak Lodge sits along the waters edge within the small community of Larsen Bay.   Known for its sheer beauty of rugged mountains and alpine meadows, Larsen Bay is home to world renowned salmon runs, plentiful marine life and the famous Kodiak Brown Bear.

Although our location is remote, we enjoy all the benefits of being in a small Alaskan community.   We have full utility services and a modern marina just a short walk from our lodge.  While many remote lodges are often working off generators and utilizing out houses, Kodiak Lodge provides all the comforts of home but without the crowds you’ll typically find with lodges operating in larger Alaskan cities.
